1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nk111 ("nk111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the nk111 website located at https://nk111.bet and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform, including but not limited to sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offers.

By accessing any part of the nk111 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration & Verification

Withdrawal Terms

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses awarded by nk111 are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the promotional period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• nk111 bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion — will have their bonus revoked and their account reviewed for suspension.

• In the event of a conflict between a general bonus term and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

Promotional Eligibility

To be eligible for any nk111 promotion, a player must hold a fully registered account in good standing, have completed or be in the process of completing KYC verification, and not currently be subject to any account restrictions or self-exclusion status. 6. Betting & Casino Game Rules

All betting markets and casino games offered on nk111 are governed by the rules set out in this section as well as any additional game-specific rules displayed within each game or market on the platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules displayed on the platform take precedence over these general rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets placed on nk111 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• Minimum bet on sports markets is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and will be displayed at the time of bet placement.
• nk111 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Live odds are updated in real time and nk111 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. In general, abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined for a specific market.
• nk111 does not accept bets placed by individuals with access to non-public information that could materially influence the outcome of an event (insider information). Such bets will be voided and the account suspended.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one nk111 account, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is strictly forbidden.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your nk111 account. This includes using a bKash or Nagad account registered to another individual without their explicit consent.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated accounts, chip dumping, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than to participate in genuine entertainment play.

• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting events, or participating in any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting fixture.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the nk111 platform without human intervention.
• Money Laundering: Using nk111 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. nk111 will report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to legitimate nk111 transactions.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity documents, name, or personal details.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Both the player and nk111 have the right to close an nk111 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your nk111 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — are encouraged to use nk111's self-exclusion tool, which prevents re-registration during the exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by nk111

nk111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct described in Section 7
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 after the initial 12-month dormancy period, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated by the player
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account closure

In cases where an account is closed by nk111 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach. nk111 will provide written notice of the reason for closure to the account's registered email address except where doing so would compromise an active investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nk111, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the nk111 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all betting and gaming activity on nk111 carries inherent financial risk and nk111 does not guarantee any outcome
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond nk111's reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party infrastructure providers, internet service outages, or mobile network disruptions
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security
• Actions taken by nk111 in good faith pursuant to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, nk111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nk111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

nk111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change affecting player rights is involved — in which case nk111 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions, with its effective date, will always be available at https://nk111.bet/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of nk111 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nk111 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
